These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Color Chiropractic website, forms, and text messaging program. Color Chiropractic (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is located at 2122 James Street, Bellingham, WA 98225. By using this website or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. 1. No medical advice

The content on this website, including blog posts, videos, and service descriptions, is for general educational purposes only. 2. No doctor-patient relationship

Using this website, submitting a form, or contacting us by email or text does not create a doctor-patient relationship. That relationship begins only after you have been seen in our office and have completed our new patient intake.

3. Appointments and online booking

Online appointment requests and bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our office. Our online booking and patient portal are provided by third-party services, and your use of them is also subject to those providers’ terms. Please call (360) 922-0626 to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

4. Please don’t send sensitive health information through web forms

The contact forms on this website are meant for general questions and appointment requests. Please do not include detailed medical history, insurance numbers, or other sensitive health information in a web form, email, or text message. We will collect health information securely through our patient intake process.

5. SMS / text messaging terms

If you opt in on one of our forms, Color Chiropractic may send you text messages. There are two separate, optional consents:

• Transactional / customer care messages: appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-ups on requests you made, and responses to your questions.
• Marketing messages: occasional offers, workshop invitations, health tips, and practice news.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase or of receiving care. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, and you will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (360) 922-0626. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
