Why "Color"?

To us, color is life. With our understanding of health, healing, and the human body, we know people can have more vitality and vibrance just by adding chiropractic to their approach to health.

Why chiropractic?

Chiropractic focuses on proper nervous system communication so the body can regulate and heal itself. Many patients come to us after medical interventions with diminishing results, and mainstream approaches often overlook the nervous system’s central role. Chiropractic in its purest form looks to detect and correct interference within the nervous system, allowing “the power that made the body to heal the body.”

What should I expect from my initial chiropractic exam?

Our doctors look at your body as a whole, checking for physical, nutritional, or emotional imbalances. Treatment often begins on the first visit. After your exam, you’ll have clarity on whether we can help, what’s going on, how long recovery may take, and what it will cost.

What can I expect after my chiropractic adjustments?

Most patients notice immediate changes, such as relaxation, less pain, and more mobility. Over time, benefits can include getting back to activities you love, relief in areas you didn’t expect, more energy, better digestion, and better stress management. Our goal is a long-term relationship with your health, not dependence on medication.

What's the popping noise during an adjustment? Are there gentler options?

The popping sound comes from gas bubbles forming and releasing in the joint as pressure shifts. A pop isn’t required for an adjustment to work. Gentler alternatives include table (drop) adjustments, instrument adjusting, muscle release tools, and cold laser therapy.

How do I get started?

Start with a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your concerns and any screening. For your exam, bring any relevant tests (X-rays, MRIs, lab work). The exam includes orthopedic and neurological tests plus muscle testing. Initial visits take about 40–60 minutes. If you’re using insurance, please arrive 20–30 minutes early for paperwork, or complete your forms in our online portal beforehand.

Do you accept insurance?

We work with some insurance plans: Medicare, Premera, Regence, LifeWise, and HMA. We also work with car accident and work-related injury claims, and we accept cash, check, and credit cards. We also offer financial options for lower-income individuals. Email info@colorchiropractic.com and we can review your benefits before your visit.
