Do Chiropractic Adjustments Have Benefits Beyond Pain Relief

Whether it is their back, neck or pain related to a headache, the chiropractic approach is always focused on providing natural and effective relief without resorting to dependency on invasive drugs or surgery.  However, what happens when the pain is gone?
